
Refund & Store Policies

At Nana’s Wonderland, we strive to provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every family. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, please review our Refund and General policy carefully before purchasing or booking.
1 / General Admission & Play Passes
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is required to book.
Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice and must be used within 30 days of purchase.
No-shows and early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits.
All class and event bookings are final and non-refundable.
If Nana’s Wonderland cancels, a full refund will be issued.
2 / Memberships
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They cannot be paused or extended for missed visits, illness, or travel.
Extensions apply only during store closures and will match the closure period.
3 / Party Bookings
Party Deposits
A $500 deposit is required to book.
Refunds & Rescheduling
Fully refundable or one-time reschedule if requested at least 14 days in advance.
Within 14 Days
Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No exceptions.
Extreme Weather
If the store is forced to close due to extreme weather, parties may be rescheduled.
4 /Exceptions
Emergency exceptions are considered only for immediate family death or severe accident.
Documentation may be required. Approved cases may receive a one-time reschedule or store credit; refunds are not guaranteed.
5 / Entry & Facility Policies
A signed waiver is required for all children before entry.
No child may enter the play area without a completed waiver on file.
Socks are required for all guests in the play area.
Bare feet are not permitted.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for infant needs.
Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated seating areas.
No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
6 / Play & Safety Rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Follow age guidelines and play safely—no rough play or climbing on non-play equipment.
No toys are allowed in the ball pit.
Children who are visibly ill should not enter.
Nana’s Wonderland may ask guests to leave for safety or health concerns.
7 /Conduct & Policy Enforcement
Please treat staff, guests, and the facility with respect.
Damages due to misuse or negligence may result in liability.
Nana’s Wonderland reserves the right to enforce all policies.
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
