
Nana’s Wonderland – Refund Policies
At Nana’s Wonderland, we strive to provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every family. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking.

General Admission & Play Passes

All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full payment is required to make a reservation.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ advance notice.

Rescheduled passes must be used for a future visit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
No-shows forfeit the pass and cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or used for future visits. -
No partial refunds will be issued for early departure.
Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships cannot be paused, extended, or credited due to missed visits, illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.

The only exception: Memberships may be extended if Nana’s Wonderland is closed for renovation.

Extensions will match the length of the renovation-related closure

Party Bookings
Party Deposits

A $500 party deposit is required to secure all party bookings.
Refunds & Rescheduling

Party deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 14 days (two weeks) before the scheduled party date.

Parties may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 14 days before the party date.
Within Two Weeks of Party Date

If the party date is within 14 days:

The $500 deposit becomes non-refundable

The party cannot be rescheduled

No exceptions will be made for personal scheduling conflicts or change of mind.

Classes, Special Events & Workshops

All class and special event registrations are final and non-refundable if attended or missed.

If Nana’s Wonderland cancels a class, special event, or workshop, guests will receive a full refund.
Food, Beverages & Retail

All food, beverages, and retail purchases are final sale.

No refunds or exchanges once items have been opened or consumed.
Extreme Weather & Forced Closures

If Nana’s Wonderland is forced to close due to:

Extreme weather
-
Government-mandated closures,
-
Power outages,
-
Or other circumstances beyond our control,

Guests will be offered either:

A one-time reschedule, subject to availability, or
-
A store credit equal to the amount paid.

Cash refunds will not be issued for closures caused by extreme weather or force majeure events.
Emergency Exceptions

Emergency exceptions may be considered across all bookings (including parties, admission, memberships, and events) only in the case of:

Immediate family death, or
-
Severe accident involving the child or an immediate family member.

Documentation may be requested.
-
In approved cases, Nana’s Wonderland may offer a one-time reschedule or store credit.

Cash refunds are not guaranteed under emergency exceptions.
No-Shows

Failure to show up for a scheduled visit, party, class, or event will result in full forfeiture of all payments made, including deposits.
Management Discretion

All refunds, credits, rescheduling, and emergency determinations are made at the sole discretion of Nana’s Wonderland management.
