To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that everyone follow the policies below.

Waiver Requirement

A signed waiver is required for every child before entering the play area.

Children may not enter or play without a completed waiver on file.
Socks Policy

Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults in the play area.

Bare feet are not permitted for safety and hygiene reasons.
Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the sole exception of baby food or formula required for infants due to dietary needs.

Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated resting areas with tables.

No food or beverages are allowed in the open play areas at any time.
Play Area Rules

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Please respect posted age guidelines for play structures.

Rough play, climbing on non-play equipment, or unsafe behavior is not permitted.

No toys are allowed in the ball pit at any time to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Health & Safety

Children who are visibly ill (fever, vomiting, or contagious symptoms) should not enter the facility.

Nana’s Wonderland reserves the right to ask guests to leave if behavior poses a safety or health concern.
General Conduct

Please treat staff, other families, and the facility with respect.

Damages caused by misuse or negligence may result in liability.
Policy Enforcement

Nana’s Wonderland reserves the right to enforce all policies to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of all guests.

Failure to follow store policies may result in removal from the facility without refund.
